Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. When you hire PeakPoint Alhambra Landscaping, you are entering into a service agreement with us.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

Services We Provide

We provide professional landscaping services throughout Alhambra, CA and surrounding areas. This includes lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, and related services.

Every project is unique, and we will discuss the specific scope of work with you before we begin. Your written or verbal approval confirms that you understand and accept the work we will perform.

Scheduling and Access

We will schedule your service at a mutually agreed time. Weather conditions may affect our schedule, and we will notify you if we need to reschedule due to rain, extreme heat, or other factors beyond our control.

You must provide clear access to the work areas. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and ensuring pets are safely secured. If we cannot access your property, we may need to reschedule and you may be charged a trip fee.

Payment Terms

We will provide you with a clear estimate before starting any work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning. Final payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a fee. If you have concerns about the work performed, please contact us immediately so we can address them.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if materials have already been purchased or crews have been dispatched.

Changes to the project scope must be discussed and agreed upon before we proceed. Additional work beyond the original estimate will be billed separately.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know within 7 days and we will make it right. This includes fixing any issues that arise from our workmanship.

However, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants, as this depends on factors beyond our control such as weather, soil conditions, watering, and ongoing care. We will provide care instructions, but ongoing maintenance is your responsibility unless you have signed up for our maintenance services.

Liability and Property Damage

We carry liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. If we damage something during our work, please notify us immediately and we will repair or replace it.

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden features before we begin work. Damage to unmarked utilities may not be covered by our insurance.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us directly at (626) 416-2029 or hello@alhambralandscaping.com. We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled under California law and resolved in Los Angeles County.
